In addition to the box each CleoClip comes with a travel purse pouch you can use to keep your CleoClip scratch and damage free. You can find the pouch inside your CleoClip jewelry box (underneath the velvet pillow the CleoClip is kept in).

We know the CleoClip looks great on us, but we want to see what it looks like on you! There are two ways you can send us your Before & After Picture. You can upload your pictures onto our Facebook page at: www.facebook.com/CleoClip or email us your pictures directly to Contact@CleoClip.com.
Once in a while we have special promotions for which Coupon Codes are offered. Coupon Codes are valid throughout the Promotional period and might be restricted by time or amount used. If you have a valid CleoClip Coupon Code you have the option to enter it during the “Check Out” process and the promoted discount will be applied to your order.
Currently all CleoClip orders from our website will ship for a flat rate of $3.95 anywhere within the United States. This also includes a tracking number, so you can follow your CleoClip from our store to your front door. Additional fees will apply for overnight or express shipping.
Currently we ship the CleoClip anywhere within the US for a flat rate of $3.95. We will also ship to Canada and Germany for an additional shipping fee. Please Contact Us directly if you would like us to ship your CleoClip outside the above countries and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
Depending on where you are located shipping speeds for the CleoClip package will vary. Shipping may take up to 5-7 business days within the US and longer for other shipping destinations. You will be able to track your shipment via a CleoClip shipment tracking number provided to you via email.
For online purchases, CleoClip will accept merchandise in its original condition for up to 10 business days (postal date stamp on package) after purchase for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.
CleoClip.com cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. Please return the original item you wish to exchange for a refund using the applicable conditions or guidelines above. A new order can then be placed on CleoClip.com. Please note new orders are subject to merchandise availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
